SAUNA HAT
Prevent your head from overheating. To level up: soak your hat in cold water prior to jumping in the sauna.
TWO TOWELS
One to sit on in the sauna (a hand towel size is perfect for this), and one to dry off with after your session.
WATER BOTTLE
To keep you hydrated throughout your session. For extra hydration, add an LMNT electrolyte mix to your water to stay salty.
SUITABLE FOOTWEAR
Flip flops / sandals are recommended for easy changing. Please leave all footwear outside / in the changing room.
