Enjoy panoramic sea views from the heat of our wood-fired saunas. Choose between BIG sauna for groups of up to 8 people, and SMALL for smaller groups of up to 6 people.

Experiences range from communal and private sessions to private guided rituals with thermal leaf whisking, aromatherapy, salt inhalation, breathwork, body scrubs, and a smoke ritual.

A 65-minute sauna experience shared with others. Sessions may run across both saunas, with up to 8 guests in our BIG sauna and 6 in our SMALL; you’ll be allocated one sauna for the duration. Move between the sauna, sea and outdoor shower at your own pace, returning to the warmth between dips. Come solo or with friends. All guests must be aged 16 or over.

A 65-minute private sauna experience with the space entirely to yourselves. Choose our BIG sauna for up to 8 guests or SMALL sauna for up to 6. Move between the sauna, sea and outdoor shower at your own pace. Come with friends or family to switch off together, or enjoy the sauna solo for complete peace and quiet. All guests must be aged 16 or over.

A journey through the elements.

A 65-minute private ritual guided through paced rounds of heat and cooling. Expect salt inhalations, a mineral scrub, aromatherapy infusions and traditional thermal leaf whisking, with the option to cool in the sea or outdoor shower. Suitable for up to four guests; at Sandbanks only, add up to two extra guests for £40 each. All guests must be aged 16 or over.

The nearest car park is ‘Sandbanks Car Park’ (Banks Road, BH13 8QJ) next to Sandbanks Crazy Golf, approximately a 3-minute walk to our beachside location.
- If you’re walking over from Sandbanks Car Park, make your way onto Sandbanks Beach and walk towards Bournemouth — you’ll find us next to the volleyball nets.
Street parking is also available along Banks Road, with access to the beach through the sand dunes (around a 2-minute walk).
The nearest toilets are located near the main car park, behind the beach office (BH13 7QQ).

Choose between our BIG sauna for your group of up to 8 people, and SMALL sauna for smaller groups of up to 6 people.
Please arrive promptly at the time of your booked time slot to allow time for briefing. Changing times are included in your time slot; arriving late will shorten the duration of your experience.

As a compact, off-grid location with limited space, we advise bringing minimal personal belongings.
A small changing area with hooks and shelves is available for storing belongings at your own risk. This area is separated from the sauna by a frosted glass door, providing privacy and a heat barrier. Any items that do not fit in the changing area will need to be left outside.
Changing time is included within your booking at Sandbanks. If you choose to use the changing space at the end of your session, we invite you to do so within your booked time to ensure a smooth and respectful transition between guests.
