Our New Year's Sauna (65-minutes) is recommended for those looking to gain the full benefits of authentic Finnish sauna culture, for up to 8 people. Available on New Year's Eve & New Year's Day. Please note that children under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the sauna. To gain the full benefits of hot-cold exposure, spend up to 10-15 minutes in the sauna, before dipping in the sea or enjoying a chilly beach-side shower - and repeat. For a 65-minute experience, you'll have ample time to change, and to fully immerse in the experience, both in and out of the sauna. Our 65-minute Private Sauna session, but make it festive! Perfect way to spend time with friends and family this holiday season. Available on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day. For up to 8 people. At our Lulworth Cove sauna, you'll get to enjoy the sauna & sea dips for longer as your changing time is not included in the session time! You'll find separate changing facilities with lockers and a hot outdoor shower at Lulworth Lodge.
