About the Experience

Share a guided sauna ritual with other members of the public, led by our certified sauna masters, drawing on Finnish tradition, Nordic botanicals, and the Dorset coast. Whether you come alone or with others, the experience is designed to bring people together, creating space to reset, reconnect, and be part of something shared. ​Each 90-minute experience combines guided contrast therapy with thermal leaf whisking, salt inhalations, mineral scrubs, honey masks, herbal infusions, and aromatherapy, along with time to enjoy the space at your own pace.
