To gain the full benefits of hot-cold exposure, spend up to 10-15 minutes in the sauna, before dipping in the sea or enjoying a chilly beach-side shower - and repeat. For a 65-minute experience, you'll have ample time to fully immerse in the experience, both in and out of the sauna. At our Lulworth Cove sauna, you'll get to enjoy the sauna & sea dips for longer as your changing time is not included in the session time! You'll find separate changing facilities at Lulworth Lodge, where your Sauna Host will greet you and check you in. To ensure an inclusive communal sauna experience, no more than 4 out of the 6 available spaces can be booked by a single individual, promoting an open and shared environment for all participants looking to book onto a communal sauna.
