RETREAT WAIVER FORM

• Due to the nature of this retreat, which may include activities or conditions that could pose risks to the health and safety of pregnant individuals, we are unable to accommodate participants who are pregnant. This policy is in place to ensure the safety of both the mother and the unborn child.

• Contraindications:​

  • Pregnancy

  • Any heart or circulatory disorder or disease

  • High or low blood pressure

  • Severe respiratory conditions such as asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)

  • Cold urticaria

  • Peripheral vascular disease

  • Peripheral neuropathy

  • Recent heart attack

  • Severe anaemia

  • Epilepsy or history of seizures

  • History of psychosis or schizophrenia

  • Diabetes

  • Prone to dizziness or fainting

  • Heat intolerance or heat-related conditions

  • Sensitivity to cold temperature or cold-related conditions

• Please ensure you are not completing any of our retreat activities against the advice of a medical professional.
